Dashboards

This is where I keep the views I actually use: what happened, how much, when, and in which slice. The briefing pages are my notes on why and what I would do next. I inspected the Notion hubs on 18 September 2026. The GA4 monthly series still runs through 16 September 2026.

What is moving, and what is broken

  • Volume

Growth is bursty. January is not a run-rate.

Q1 2026 reached 9,555 sessions, then Q2 fell 66.8% to 3,176. Paid Social plus Paid Other are 38.31% of the window.

    Open Traffic

  • Quality

Paid Social is the largest quality problem.

4,773 sessions, 23.63% engaged, 3 seconds. Direct engaged at 65.23%.

    Open Acquisition

  • Conversion

13,250 key events are not 28 form-submit users.

Notion Conversion Funnel adds 33 contacts across March–May. Those look like event counts, so I would not add them to the 28 unique submitters.

    Open Conversions

  • Market

GCC share of users fell through spring 2026.

Notion Monthly Overview: 46.8% in March, 35.2% in April, 24.9% in May. Top country rotated Saudi Arabia → United States → Egypt.

    Open Audience

  • Anomaly

    18 August 2026: homepage 146 sessions vs expected 14.

135 of those sessions were from Egypt. I would treat this as a spike, not as GCC demand.

    Open Traffic

  • Sources

March channel mix disagrees between my research and Notion.

Direct matches. The organic/social/paid columns in my research look shifted against named Notion sources. Both are shown on Acquisition.

Where to go

I organised this around the Notion hubs (GA4, LinkedIn, Meta), the website inspection, and the 15-month GA4 series. Empty Meta ad tables and Cold To Closed are in the workspace, but I am not treating them as performance dashboards.
