Conversions
Two funnels, not one. The report counts unique users across 15 months. Notion Conversion Funnel counts monthly events for March–May only. I would not add them together.
930
CTA users
Full window. Clicks, not bookings.
313
Form-start users
28
Form-submit users
Lead proxy. 0.15% of users.
33
Notion contacts Mar–May
73 form starts in those months.

| name | Users |

| Active users | 18,435 |
| Consultation CTA users | 930 |
| Form-start users | 313 |
| Form-submission users | 28 |
What I noticed. 313 starters versus 28 submitters. Largest observable funnel leak.
How I am reading it. Six required fields and duplicate form events can both produce this cliff. I am not sure yet which is doing more of the damage. I would not use the 13,250 key-event total to argue the funnel is healthy.
What I would look at next. I would rebuild the key-event taxonomy and shorten the form before buying more traffic into it.
Notion monthly funnel, March–May 2026
Columns
| March 2026 | 1,973 | 797 | 763 | 41 | 20 | 2.07% | 1.01% |
| April 2026 | 1,716 | 643 | 579 | 20 | 6 | 1.16% | 0.30% |
| May 2026 | 716 | 333 | 307 | 12 | 7 | 1.60% | 0.98% |
March–May contacts sum to 33. Full-window form-submit users are 28. Contacts look closer to event counts; submit users look like unique people. April contact rate 0.3% is the worst of the three months, and it coincides with Paid Social at 653 sessions and 0 channel contacts. I would like to understand that coincidence better before I spend more on that mix.
These are not the lead numbers I would use
Key events: 13,250. The careers landing page has a 97.5% key-event session rate. This total is in GA4, but I would not take it into a budget conversation as pipeline.
GA4 revenue is £0. HubSpot is installed. Cold To Closed is a course workspace, not an opportunity ledger. I am still missing CRM-sourced pipeline here.
Measurement audit
| GA4 implementation | Property transcribed through 16 Sep 2026 via the 17 Sep report. Site Kit + GTM remain on the public HTML. |
| Key events | 13,250 events. Careers landing 97.5% key-event session rate. I would rebuild the taxonomy before using this as a commercial number. |
| Form tracking | form_submission and form_submit both exist. 313 starts, 28 submit users. Duplicate taxonomy can diverge. |
| CTA tracking | Consultation CTA: 930 users / 2,378 events. Measures clicks, not appointments. |
| Calendly / demo | No embed found. No confirmed booking event observed. |
| LinkedIn attribution | Partial Apr–Jun tracker; impressions blank; no public UTM standard. |
| UTM usage | Not documented on-site. Direct likely absorbs untagged social. |
| Campaign naming | Paid Other and Direct obscure sources. Placement-level paid audit still required. |
| Source/medium consistency | Default channel group transcribed; campaign/content parameters incomplete. |
| Cross-domain | gtag linker domains include pipelinegurus.com; further domains unknown |
| Referral exclusions | January 509 referral sessions at 99.2% engagement and 0.79% key-event rate: unverified anomaly. |
| CRM attribution | GA4 revenue £0. No lead IDs. HubSpot plugin present; CRM reports not joined. |
| Funnel tracking | User counts exist for CTA → form start → submit. Qualified-lead and opportunity stages do not. |
Where I would go next
| What I noticed | The numbers | How I am reading it | What I would do next |
|---|---|---|---|
| Two conversion denominators | 28 submit users vs 33 Notion contacts in three months vs 13,250 key events. | I can pick a flattering number unless I freeze the taxonomy. I would rather use 28 submitters. | I would not brief the key-event total. I want HubSpot joined before I talk about ROI. |
