Comparisons
Q4 2025 versus Q3 2026 (includes a partial month). An increase is not automatically good. When engagement falls while sessions rise, my assumption is paid.

| Sessions | 3,095 | 2,322 | -773 | -25.0% | Less volume. I would check whether quality improved. |
| Users (monthly sum) | 2,666 | 1,797 | -869 | -32.6% | A sum of monthly rows, not unique people across the window. |
| Engagement rate | 48.6% | 49.1% | +0.5 pt | +1.1% | Quality improved. I would confirm the mix. |
| Direct sessions | 1,504 | 1,277 | -227 | -15.1% | This is the floor of the engine. |
| Paid sessions (mix column) | 795 | 199 | -596 | -75.0% | Paid receded; I would look at Organic Search time. |
| Organic Search column | 342 | 508 | 166 | +48.5% | This is the highest-quality scalable channel I can see in the full window. |
| Key events | 1,433 | 1,117 | -316 | -22.1% | This total mixes hiring and generic actions. I would not treat a rise as leads. |
What I noticed. Sessions moved -25.0% while engagement moved +0.5 points. Paid mix-column moved -75.0%.
How I am reading it. The later window is smaller and more engaged. That is closer to the July 2026 mix I would rather understand.
Where I would go next
| What I noticed | The numbers | How I am reading it | What I would do next |
|---|---|---|---|
| Direction needs a quality test | -25.0% sessions, +0.5 pt engagement. | Volume and quality can disagree, so I would not call this growth from sessions alone. | I would carry both numbers into any budget conversation. |
